Task Documents Sub-Tab – Procedures Module
The Task Documents page lists any documents that are associated with the procedure. These documents provide additional information that is useful while completing a work order. Examples of documents include spec sheets, task sheets, and safety sheets.
The following fields are displayed in the Task Documents list:

Location Type — Indicates whether the document is stored in the Document Library or linked to an Internet / Intranet site.

Document Type — Indicates the type of document.

Document — Name and description of the document.
To view a listed document:

Click the row for the document.
The document opens in a Document Viewer window.

View the contents of the document as needed.

To print the document, click the Print button.

Click the Close button.
The window closes.
To view multiple listed documents:

Click the check box to the left of each document you want to view.

Click the View button.
The documents open in multiple Document Viewer windows. You can move between the Document Viewer windows by clicking the title bar.

View the contents of the documents as needed.

To print the document, click the Print button.

Click the Close button.
The window closes.
